Mimi Ward has over 30 years of experience in carrying out market demand and impact studies, commercial policy review studies, peer reviews, and land use planning studies for private and public sector clients. Experience in all types of retail and commercial development and redevelopment projects, mixed use, office, employment, institutional, residential, and leisure entertainment projects. Mimi works on projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and elsewhere in Ontario and Canada.

Mimi is a Professional Land Economist, a Registered Professional Planner, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.  She is also a qualified expert witness at the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and Ontario Municipal Board).
